Discover your Ayurvedic Elemental Body Type and learn how to create inner balance through your Yoga practice.

During each two-hour class, Jacq will share a 35-minute taster of Ayurvedic philosophy so you can build a framework for understanding your body’s daily needs. You’ll learn how to recognise which of the Five Elements tends to go out of balance affecting your body, mind and energy and creating symptoms such as anxiety, digestive issues or poor sleep.

This is followed by an 80-minute Yoga session which explores how to balance each of the Ayurvedic Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
