Yoga is great for everybody – especially young people.

These classes help our youth deal with stress, improve learning and sustain healthy personal and social wellbeing. Yoga is a tool that they can use to help regulate themselves, cope with stress, develop resilience, and improve self-esteem. 

This class is open to youth between ages 11 - 15 years of age.
