A Basic Foundation course of yoga taught once a week over 4 weeks.
Each week you will receive supportive handouts covering your weekly yoga classes.
This course is taken by Loretta Voivodich, principal teacher and founder of Unfold Yoga. Loretta has practiced yoga since her early twenties and teaching yoga on a full time basis since 2003.
