I have been a dedicated student of Iyengar yoga since 1999. I was first drawn to the focused physical alignment of this style of yoga and the body awareness, strength and flexibility that it brings. However, it was the calmness that rippled from the practice throughout my daily life that encouraged me to continue. I originally completed a Yoga Alliance recognised 500-hour teacher training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2017. I then went on to finish my Iyengar teacher training with Stephanie Hansen at Hills Yoga, and feel privileged to be able to share the teachings of Iyengar yoga with students, young and old.
