This class is offered during our January modified timetable so that every body can attend despite fitness level or yoga experience.
The class will welcome and accommodate every body. There is no specific level of practice provided at these classes, but teachers will offer thorough foundational instruction for newer or beginner students to gain confidence and body awareness, whilst for more experienced practitioners further instruction may be provided to advance the application of the posture.
Every body can enjoy these classes.
