From the 10th September 2018,  Level 1/2 Progressive has changed to "General".

The skill level for our General class is that students have had at least six months of regular Iyengar yoga instruction. This class is for students with some yoga experience. 

In our General classes students practice sequences in standing poses, forward bends and twists, backbends, balances, inversions and restorative and Pranayama.

It is expected that the students in General Classes are comfortable in the setup and practice of Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand).
