This class provides a gentle and easy pace to suit someone who wishes to start with the basics, go slowly, mindfully acknowledging their own needs, whilst cultivating an awareness in their posture and breath. These classes provide space and time to wind down, connect deeply, and energise the body and mind. Breathing practices and meditation will be incorporated to provide a sense of balance. Props and supports will also be offered to access postures for the highest benefit to each individual.
