Restorative yoga is a gift to oneself in this highly stimulated and competitive world, helping us recognise the rest our body’s need.
Postures in this class are mostly supported and held for longer periods, to release muscular tensions and tightness, bring renewal from fatigue and stress and to give a certain physiological effect. In the process you get to know the relationship between body mind, mood and breath. This is a direct way of knowing one ‘Self’, uncovering layers, emotionally, mentally and physically.
