This is a 75 minute class for newcomers to our school, for those who have completed our beginners course, or as an on-going beginner practitioner.

The Beginners classes provide a steady and firm foundation in the preliminary postures that build strength, coordination, concentration and body awareness.  As familiarity and proficiency in the poses grow, so too does the focus of the mind and regulation of the breath improve. 

Attending two or more classes per week you will see consistent and quick progress. However, students report having great benefits from just one class per week also. You can be flexible with your attendance and come as often as you like.

We recommend you joining our Beginners classes if you have come from another style of yoga, to become familiar with the teaching and set up of the class before joining the General classes.
