This is an on-going beginner’s level class. This class can be joined at any time or added as an extra weekly class when participating in our Introductory Yoga Course.
Continue to build stability, concentration and confidence when working with the basics. Preliminary yoga postures are taught for both beginners, as well as for the more experienced student, to gain more stability and insight into one’s practice. Increase your alignment with JOY.
