An accessible and inclusive practice for beginners to general level students. New students are welcome.

Millie encourages deep listening and connection in her classes. She offers the guidance to consciously take time to breathe, connect and collect, making for a mindful yoga practice to notice what is occurring for you, whilst deepening self-awareness.

Classes are led in a slow and spacious way, to accommodate new students of yoga and those who want an increased awareness and steadiness in posture and mind. You will find the ease in this practice by slowly moving, stretching, opening, and grounding in the postures. Supported, restorative poses will offer deep relaxation. All bodies welcomed.
