A second entry point in to the school where you can be flexible with your attendance and come as often as you like. Level 1 incorporates the foundation postures based on the Iyengar Yoga syllabus. Attend two classes per week to see consistent and quicker progress. 

We recommend you joining Level 1 classes if you have come from another style of yoga, to become familiar with the teaching and learning approach before joining Level 2 Intermediate classes.
