SOUND JOURNEY MEDITATION with Heather Frahn
with Heather Frahn

April 6 (Saturday)
at 3:30 pm

Class length
120 minutes

About: A Sound Journey Meditation with Heather Frahn is a deeply relaxing + restorative experience using sound and music to therapeutically enhance the wellness of mind, body + spirit.

Heather heart-crafts her Sound Journey Meditations like a fine piece of sonic artistry for your Soul ~ Her divine vocals with quality sound instruments including symphonic gong, singing bowls, emotive flute, crystal quartzaphone, and grounding percussion create a truly beautiful + immersive live sound journey.

Therapeutic sound can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, whereby the body can restore + heal. Through mindful listening slower brain wave states may be induced, which take us from a busy active mind, to a calmer dream-like state of awareness.
